Located far from tourist attractions, this hotel is perfect if you're traveling to the Olympic park or plan to stay close to the beach. It is also easy to get there from the airport, with accessible transportation services provided.

The customer service is quite disappointing, with unhelpful and poorly trained staff.

The hotel had a gym and a sauna, which was nice. , it was pretty close to the mall and the beach.

The special kids play area was a hit with our children, keeping them entertained and allowing us to relax. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, and many of them spoke English, which was a huge plus for us. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped with amenities, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The hotel also had a lovely garden area and an outdoor swimming pool where we could unwind and soak up the sun. our experience here was amazing and we would highly recommend it to everyone!

Great facilities, lovely views from the pool area and an excellent location near a big shopping centre and a beautiful beach. the staff were friendly and accommodating and the breakfast offered delicious food and refreshing beverages.

The room could have been cleaner, and I noticed some moldy spots that caused a bit of a smell. during check-in, one staff member was not very helpful in providing information about the area and activities to do nearby.
